Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what information littlefallschapel.com collects, why, and who can see it. If you have a question, email us or call (301) 991-9282.

The short version

• Our forms send your message to the church by email. They are not saved on this website.
• Our website keeps a basic log of visits (like which pages are viewed) to help us improve the site.
• We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, and some pages show YouTube videos and a Google map.
• We never sell your information, and we never use it for anything except church business with you.

Information you choose to send us

Our forms only ask for what we need to reply to you:

• Prayer requests (Prayer page): your request. Your name and email are optional.
• Plan Your Visit (Plan Your Visit page): your first name and an email or mobile number, plus anything else you choose to share, such as which Sunday you plan to come, how many are coming, your children’s ages, or a prayer request.
• Contact (Contact page): your name, email and message, and a phone number if you’d like a call.

When you send a form, it is delivered by email to Little Falls Chapel and is not stored on this website. Please don’t include anything you wouldn’t want sent by email. We use your information only to answer you, pray for you or welcome you, and we keep those emails only as long as we need them. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

If you take the Discipleship Assessment, your answers, and your email if you enter one, are saved on our website so your results can be shown to you.

Information collected automatically

Visit logs

Like most websites, ours keeps a simple log of visits. For each page view it records your IP address, your browser type, the page you viewed, the page that sent you here, and how long you stayed. We use this to see which pages are helpful and to find and fix broken links. We don’t use it to identify you or to advertise to you.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular and what kind of device people use. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information like your IP address and pages viewed. You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Videos, maps and fonts from other companies

Some pages include content served by other companies. When a page loads it, that company may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy:

• YouTube videos of our Sunday services (on the Sermons page we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode)
• A Google map showing where the chapel is
• Fonts provided by Google Fonts

Giving

This website does not take payments. If you give by Zelle, the payment is handled by your bank and the Zelle service, not by us or this website. See our Give page for all the ways to give.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with the services that run this website for us, and only so they can do that job:

• Hostinger, which hosts the website
• Brevo, which delivers our website’s form emails
• Google, for Analytics, Maps, Fonts and YouTube

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as our Facebook, YouTube and Instagram pages and the websites of guest ministries. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle information.

Children

This website is meant for adults and families. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
• You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@littlefallschapel.com.
• You never have to give your name to send a prayer request.

Keeping information safe

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only the few people who run the website for the church can see the visit logs or assessment answers. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please don’t send anything highly sensitive through our forms.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
