Little Falls Chapel is a small, Bible-believing, non-denominational church in Falling Waters, WV. People come from Falling Waters, Martinsburg, and nearby Williamsport and Hagerstown, Maryland, to worship, pray and study the Bible together.
“After the first time visiting here, you’re no longer a visitor. You are part of the church.”
Pastor Linda Reese

Meet Pastor Linda Reese
Linda and her husband, David, first came to Little Falls Chapel to help the pastor serving here. When he stepped down, he gave the church over to them, and Pastor David Reese led the congregation from September 1988 to January 1997.
Ministers had told Linda three times that God was calling her to pastor, and each time she told the Lord she wasn’t qualified. Then a visiting minister, praying over the church, stopped and said, “God’s calling you.” This time she said yes: “Okay, Lord, I’ll be your pastor if you help me.” She has led Little Falls Chapel since January 1997. Her messages are plain, practical and full of Scripture, often working through the Bible book by book.
Our Story
Little Falls Chapel began in 1988. Pastor David Reese led the congregation from September 1988 until January 1997, and Pastor Linda Reese has led it ever since.
Today we’re a small congregation in the white chapel on Foster Dr. There’s no dress code, no pressure, and no need to have everything figured out before you walk in. What holds us together is simple: love God, love one another, and stay rooted in Scripture.

What We Believe
As a Bible-focused church, we hold to a few core convictions:
- The Bible is the inspired Word of God, guiding our daily lives and teaching.
- Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, offering forgiveness, hope, and eternal life.
- The Holy Spirit works in believers today, bringing comfort, conviction, and growth.
- The Church is a family, called to love God and love one another.
- Faith is lived out in real life—through service, prayer, worship, and obedience.
Baptism and communion
Baptism: When you’re ready to be baptized, we’ll arrange it with you, sometimes in a member’s pool or together with another church.
Communion: We share communion from time to time. We read the Scriptures on communion first, and taking part is always your choice. Communion is for believers who have given their hearts to Christ.
New to following Jesus?
Pastor Linda’s advice is simple: Jesus is always there, no matter what happens. Keep looking to God, and your faith will grow through whatever you go through.
We encourage everyone to stay connected to Scripture through the week. You can read the Bible free online at Bible.com.
A Church Family Rooted in Falling Waters, WV
We’re more than a Sunday service. We pray together, serve together, and support one another through every season of life. When someone is in the hospital, we go and visit. Our heart is to be a light here: encouraging families, praying for our neighbors, and offering a peaceful place to worship.
Pastor Linda’s prayer is that Little Falls Chapel will keep growing, and that God will send people ready to serve, including future Sunday school teachers and helpers.
